Peu de gens savent qu\u2019il existe des mesures de soutien financier mises en place par les diff\u00e9rents paliers gouvernementaux.<\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/lactualite.com\/finances-personnelles\/alleger-le-fardeau-fiscal-des-proches-aidants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9cent article du magazine L\u2019actualit\u00e9<\/a> explique comment ces mesures peuvent all\u00e9ger le fardeau fiscal des proches aidants. En voici un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e9bec<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis 2018, au Qu\u00e9bec, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenuquebec.ca\/fr\/citoyens\/credits-dimpot\/credit-dimpot-pour-personne-aidante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9dit<\/a> est ouvert aux personnes aidantes qui ne cohabitent pas avec la personne aid\u00e9e. Toutefois, la personne aid\u00e9e doit \u00eatre atteinte d\u2019une d\u00e9ficience grave et prolong\u00e9e, et elle doit avoir besoin d\u2019assistance pour accomplir une t\u00e2che courante de la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9tablir le cr\u00e9dit, on prend en consid\u00e9ration le revenu de la personne aid\u00e9e. La somme vers\u00e9e peut s\u2019\u00e9lever jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 266 dollars (d\u00e9claration de 2021). Si le revenu de la personne aid\u00e9e exc\u00e8de 22 460 dollars, le cr\u00e9dit est r\u00e9duit. Il est doubl\u00e9 si la personne proche aidante habite avec la personne aid\u00e9e. Le conjoint de la personne aid\u00e9e est reconnu comme personne aidante depuis 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Le cr\u00e9dit ne tient pas compte du revenu de la personne aidante.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes aidantes qui cohabitent avec un proche \u00e2g\u00e9 de 70 ans ou plus qui n\u2019est pas le conjoint et qui ne souffre pas d\u2019une d\u00e9ficience grave ou prolong\u00e9e peuvent recevoir une somme de 1 266 dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenuquebec.ca\/fr\/citoyens\/credits-dimpot\/credit-dimpot-pour-maintien-a-domicile-des-aines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t pour maintien \u00e0 domicile<\/a> auquel les personnes de 70 ans et plus sont admissibles.<\/p>\n<h3>Ottawa<\/h3>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/agence-revenu\/services\/impot\/particuliers\/sujets\/tout-votre-declaration-revenus\/declaration-revenus\/remplir-declaration-revenus\/deductions-credits-depenses\/montant-aidants-naturels.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9dit canadien pour aidant naturel<\/a> s\u2019applique pour une personne aidante qui prend soin d\u2019un adulte \u00e0 charge de la famille (ou de celle du conjoint) avec une d\u00e9ficience mentale ou physique que cette personne r\u00e9side ou non avec la personne aidante. Si la personne \u00e0 charge a un revenu net sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 17 256 dollars, le cr\u00e9dit de la personne aidante diminue, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00eatre nul lorsque le revenu net de la personne \u00e0 charge atteint 24 604 dollars (d\u00e9claration de 2021).<\/p>\n<p>On pense ici \u00e0 un parent, un grand-parent, une s\u0153ur, un fr\u00e8re, une tante, un oncle, une ni\u00e8ce ou encore un neveu d\u2019\u00e2ge adulte.
